 Meet The Team 

Steve Pemberton
Steve Pemberton moved to Minnesota with his wife, Pam, in 1978 at the age of twenty-two. Shortly thereafter, Steve began his real estate career as an agent for Coldwell Banker. Within a few months, they were the top producers in their office after starting with no more than a telephone book. After the birth of their first child, Pam elected to remain at home, with Steve continuing to sell at a record pace.

Since then Steve has achieved nearly every real estate sales award given by Coldwell Banker Burnet Realty—nearly sixty awards in all. During his career, he has been named number one in sales in Minnesota multiple times and number one in the Midwest. This was the first time a Realtor® from Minnesota won this prestigious award. And in 1998 Steve was named one of the top ten agents in the U.S. for Coldwell Banker Burnet Realty, beating out 30,000 sales professionals. He is a member of Coldwell Banker Burnet Realty's President's Club and Coldwell Banker Burnet's President's Premier International. Agents and residents agree, too: since 2003, Steve has been voted a Super Real Estate Agent by Mpls. St. Paul Magazine and Twin Cities Business.

A licensed Realtor®, Steve holds several professional designations including Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Graduate Realtors Institute (GRI), and Accredited Relocation Counselor (ARC). In addition, he is a former Certified Real Estate Appraiser (CREA).

But that's not all. An avid golfer, Steve was appointed housing and accommodations coordinator of the 2002 PGA Championship at Hazeltine National Golf Club. His role was to place the world’s top golf professionals in private housing for the championship.

Steve continues to sell at a record pace, with nearly $40 million in annual sales. His listings sell for more than 2.2% of the board average and in twenty-four days less time than the average real estate agent. In fact, in one year Steve's sellers received over $700,000 more in bottom line proceeds alone.
